Don’t Miss this film on Catholic businessman Jimmy Lai—WSJ—Currently imprisoned by the Chinese government for pressing the case for freedom and democracy, the defiant entrepreneur and media mogul is the focus of a stirring, free-to-stream documentary.

“It would be so boring just being a businessman,” notes the Hong Kong entrepreneur and media mogul Jimmy Lai, who became a billionaire building a chain of popular clothing stores in Hong Kong and China and who could be living in resplendency at the moment.

Instead, “I want to make my life more meaningful,” Lai says. At present he languishes in a prison cell, (though Catholic Business Journal editors would bet his inner spiritual life is soaring, even amid the horrors, insults, and earthly desperation of the situation.
