Four Reasons Why NY Abortion Law Pure Evil: unborn dogs and cats have more rights than humans in NY

The New York Senate was seen erupting in feverish applause after voting 38-24 to approve a bill which would allow abortion up to birth. Heralded as a major victory for pro-abortion activists, the Reproductive Health Act (RHA) was signed on the 46th anniversary of the Supreme Court decision in Roe v. Wade. But the truth is that as a result of this murderous law, unborn dogs and cats have more “rights” than humans.

Here are the four main reasons why this New York State legislation is pure evil:

  1. Abortion on Demand is allowed—for any reason whatsoever, no restrictions—up to and including the day of birth.
  2. Abortions now may be performed in the State of New York by non-physicians.
  3. Babies who miraculously survive a “botched abortion” are NOT guaranteed life in the state of New York. Instead, after surviving torture in the womb, an innocent, vulnerable newborn may still have his or her life snuffed out without legal consequences.
  4. The “Right to Abort”—for any reason whatsoever, no restrictions—is now guaranteed as part of the New York State Constitution.  This denies unborn girls and boys in the state of New York the right to life (let alone liberty and pursuit of happiness) as defined in the the U.S. Bill of Rights and foundational to the unique founding of this country and the unique freedom it provides its citizens.. Unborn boys and girls are not safe in New York state!
