Catholic Marketing Network (CMN) president Alan Napleton this week announced the official launch of organization’s “CMN Marketplace.”
“For over a quarter of a century, CMN has been the premiere membership network to support the success of Catholic businesses and ministries,: says Napleton, although it originally launched as a trade association between Catholic retailers and vendors.
Referring to the new launch as “an exciting new chapter in a 25-year success story in facilitating relationships that build Catholic business and ministry success, Napleton explains further details of the launch.
“This is an exceptional online tool that connects individuals and organizations with products, services, destinations, ministries and more,” says the founding president. “I couldn’t be happier about this innovative development that equips Catholic Marketing Network to serve ministry-minded Catholics in exciting new ways.”
The new CMN Marketplace describes itself as a members-only online portal where ministry-minded Catholics can find, connect and network with other Catholic businesses and ministries.
According to the organization, the CMN Marketplace aims to serve as a hub where each member organization receives mutually beneficial marketing exposure as well as easy-to-use shopping access.
Mid- and large-sized publishers and product creators receive marketing to connect with organizations and distributors who need to buy in bulk or shop wholesale.
Service providers can connect with new service clients as well as shop wholesale for customer appreciation gifts that gently affirm faith.
Retailers, shrines, apostolates and schools can shop wholesale, while also receiving marketing as a ministry or destination. These members can feature a distinctive item or several special resources to support their valuable work.
“The CMN Marketplace enables our members to experience the networking and connectivity benefits of our in-person events, which are now available online 24/7 year round,” notes Silvia Osong, CMN executive director.
“CMN members receive benefits, marketing and professional discounts,” Osong adds, “plus, access for FIVE staff or volunteers within an organization to experience CMN MOMENTUM events for free!” Calling the organication a “supportive community that assists Catholic organizations so that each member does well in doing good,” Osong underscores that the organization’s new marketplace aims to facilitate each member’s success.
